Organizations We Partner With
World Vision
Our partnership with World Vision Honduras reflects RTI’s long-term commitment to serving communities beyond the industries we support. Through family sponsorships, annual vision trips, clean water initiatives, and disaster relief efforts, Artisans are encouraged to make a direct and
lasting impact.
RTI covers 75% of sponsorship costs for employees who sponsor a child, and today more than 100 Artisans support over 300 children. We also contribute more than $1 million annually toward clean water initiatives in Honduras, with additional support provided during times of crisis.
Crosswalk Center
RTI partners with Houston-based CrossWalk Center to support men transitioning from incarceration into stable, meaningful careers. Through this second-chance employment initiative, more than 80 Artisans have joined RTI through SCH programs and continue to make a significant impact across our organization.
Their dedication, humility, and commitment to excellence strengthen our teams every day and reflect our belief that meaningful opportunity can change lives, families,
and communities.
Folds of Honor
RTI proudly supports Folds of Honor and its mission to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.
Supporting those who serve aligns with our values and with the veterans who are part of the RTI team. Through partnerships like these, we aim to honor sacrifice, invest in future generations, and strengthen the communities we serve.
